Córdoba is a city located in the geographical center of Argentina about 700 km northwest of Buenos Aires. It is the capital of Córdoba Province and the second largest city in Argentina after the autonomous city of Buenos Aires. Córdoba has many historical monuments preserved from Spanish colonial rule, especially buildings of the Roman Catholic Church. The most recognizable is perhaps the Jesuit Block declared in 2000 as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO which consists of a group of buildings dating from the 17th century.

Transportation from Buenos Aires to Córdoba

There are two airports in Buenos Aires. Aeropuerto Internacional Ezeiza "Ministro Pistarini" (EZE, generally called just Ezeiza, 30 km away from the capital, Buenos Aires); and airport Aeroparque Jorge Newbery (AEP, situated in Buenos Aires itself, at just minutes from downtown) which handles domestic flights.

If you arrive to Ezeiza there are two direct flights to Córdoba, at 8:55 am and 11:35 am (Aerolineas Argentinas) . If these conections are not suitable for you, you will need to change airport and go to catch other flights to Aeroparque. In order to do it so, you can choose between Manuel Tienda León shuttle services or take a taxi .

Another possibility is to take a black and yellow taxi outside the hall of the Ezeiza airport, this will cost you around $850.
